The new year is coming and over here at Cadbury Desserts Corner, we want you to celebrate in style. While it’s important to be healthy and mindful about what you’re consuming, one dessert a month is perfectly acceptable. And we can assure you that these desserts made with different Cadbury products are going to be the most delicious and decadent options you’ll have. So here are 12 desserts, one for each month of 2024, all made with Cadbury products.

January: Cadbury 5 Star Brownies

Cadbury 5 Star is known for its gooey, fudgy texture. The chocolate layer holds a sticky caramel in the middle, which makes each bite a fusion of flavors. Imagine leveraging this multi textured and complex chocolate as a brownie. The result is a soft and fudgy brownie that’s full of chopped 5 Stars that add not only an element of denseness to bite into, but also brings its flavors into the brownie.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 ½ tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp instant coffee powder
  • ½ cup salted butter, at room temperature
  • ½ cup sugar, powdered
  • 2 eggs, at room temperature
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 285 g semi sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup chopped Cadbury 5 Stars

February: Cadbury Boost Rice Crispies

Cadbury Boost is a layered chocolate. The bar has chocolate in the middle, coated with caramel covered biscuits, which are in turn coated in chocolate. This multilayered chocolate is an amalgamation of classic flavors that go exceedingly well together. When making the rice crispies, remember to not just incorporate the Boost not just into the mixture but also place chopped pieces on top of each rice krispie square.

Ingredients:

  • 165 gm butter
  • 200 gm marshmallows
  • 200 gm rice crispies
  • 600 gm Cadbury milk chocolate
  • 400 gm Cadburys Boost bars, chopped
  • 300 gm Cadbury Milk chocolate

March: Cadbury Bournville Cookies

Cadbury Bournville is a beloved chocolate bar. The dark chocolate and the nuts or dry fruits it's infused with became a sensation as soon as they came to the market. Dark chocolate is also known to be better for health, and is a great way of satisfying those sweet cravings. So what better idea than baking a batch of fresh Bournville cookies and storing them for when those cravings hit? Follow this simple recipe and you’ll be swept away by its deliciousness.

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cups peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 3.5 ounces Cadbury Bournville 70% Dark

April: Cadbury Dairy Milk Sponge Cake

Sponge cakes are a fun and satisfying dessert, almost a snack that can be enjoyed with one’s afternoon tea. And adding the classic Cadbury Dairy Milk to it is going to give it not just a taste of chocolate, but a very particular taste that eaters are familiar with and have loved for several years. The milk chocolate has been a sensation for several decades, and the product is as big as the name of the brand itself. Your dessert is sure to be a hit when backed by such a formidable companion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 bars Cadbury Dairy Milk

May: Cadbury Fingers Cheesecake

  • 250 gm shortcake biscuits
  • 60 gm butter, unsalted and melted
  • 500 gm cream cheese, full fat
  • 75 gm powdered sugar
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 200 gm milk chocolate

June: Cadbury Flake Ice Cream Cake

Cadbury Flake is a, well, flaky and yummy chocolate bar. It crumbles in your hands and melts on your tongue, its unique texture being as much a part of the experience as the taste and flavor. So make this layered ice cream cake, starting with pieces of the Flake, ice cream, cake, ice cream, and then crumbled cake.
