  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp cold water

White Chocolate Mousse

  • 160 gm 35% fat whipping cream, chilled
  • 1 tsp gelatin powder
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp (20ml) cold water

For decorating (optional)

  • Cocoa powder
  • Fresh berries

Instructions

  1. Put the Oreos in a blender and grind to have a crumbly mixture. Add melted butter to it and grind again to mix.
  2. Scrape the buttery Oreo crumbs into an 8-inch springform pan, and press to make it even with the back of a spoon. Refrigerate while you prepare the mousse.
  3. For the dark chocolate mousse: Take a heatproof bowl, and add the dark chocolate and the whipping cream. Put a small saucepan with water and simmer over low heat. Place the bowl over the saucepan with simmering water, and stir until the chocolate is melted.
  4. Take the cold water in a small bowl and sprinkle gelatin over it, make sure it’s evenly distributed so it dissolves well. Set aside for 10 minutes for it to bloom.
  5. Once the gelatin has bloomed, add to the chocolate bowl and mix until combined, making sure there are no lumps. Set aside to cool a bit.
  6. Take the chilled whipping cream and beat using an electric mixer on high speed, until stiff peaks form. Then add melted chocolate to it, and mix well to combine.
  7. Pour the mousse over the Oreo cookie crust, and refrigerate for 15 minutes for it to set a bit, as you prepare the next layer of mousse.
  8. The steps for the milk chocolate and the white chocolate mousse layers remain the same.
  9. Make sure to refrigerate after making both layers and when all three are done and in the pan, refrigerate for four to five hours with a cling film or lid on top, for the mousse cake to set.
  10. After your cake has amply chilled, run a knife around the edges of the cake pan to dislodge the cake from the sides of the pan.
  11. Transfer to a serving platter, dust with cocoa powder, and press some fresh berries to the surface of the cake.

Oreo fudge brownies recipe (Serves 8)

Ingredients

  • 140 gm unsalted butter
  • 300 gm granulated sugar
  • 75 gm Cadbury Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs, cold
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 60 gm all-purpose flour
  • 90 gm Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate, chopped
  • 16 Oreos
  • For decoration: Extra Oreos, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, and line an 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Take a microwave-safe bowl, add the butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt, and heat for one to two minutes. Stir well every 15 seconds to combine. The concoction will be somewhat hot, to the touch, once everything melts and combines.
  3. Once the bowl doesn't scald your hands, add the eggs and vanilla, and mix well until combined. Fold in the flour next and mix until no dry streaks are visible. Then fold in the chocolate chips, making sure they don't melt completely.
  4. Pour half the batter into the pan, and spread using a spatula. Arrange the whole Oreo over the batter and pour the remaining batter over it.
  5. Sprinkle the extra chopped Oreos over the batter.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, with a toothpick inserted coming out with a few moist crumbs.

7. Let the brownie cool completely in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack. Once warm, cut into 16 squares.
