  • 62 gm granulated sugar

Method:

  1. For our lavender honey creme brûlée, you should begin preparing the oven by setting it to 150°C and letting it preheat.
  2. While the oven is heating, you are going to take milk, vanilla extract, sugar, and cream and mix them all together, gently.
  3. What is a gourmet dessert recipe without lavender buds? For that luxurious flavor, allow the lavender buds to soak in water for 12 to 18 minutes and after that, strain the mixture through a strainer of premium quality.
  4. Next, you need to take some honey and mix it in with the milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cream until it is well dissolved.
  5. Take another bowl, and in it, add the egg yolks and whisk them together.

Method:

  1. Your first step will be to mix in sugar and matcha green tea until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. After this, take a lady finger and dip it into the tea for about four to six seconds. Please make sure that while the ladyfinger comes out soft, it should not be very soggy. You have to repeat this process with each of the lady fingers.
  3. Next, you will need another bowl in which you have to mix whipping cream, matcha powder, vanilla extract, and mascarpone cheese together. It is best to use a whisk at this point so that the ingredients are combined until they form stiff peaks.
