5 Star Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 and ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 Cadbury 5 Star bars

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven and grease a cake pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • Little by little, add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool, then add your frosting, and top it off with some more chopped Cadbury 5 Star pieces.

5 Star Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1 and ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 450 gm cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 Cadbury 5 Star bars, chopped

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, add the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix well. Press this mixture into the bottom of a lined pan to create the crust.
  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to it, mixing until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Then fold in the chopped Cadbury 5 Star bars.
  • Spoon the cheesecake filling onto the crust in the pan.
  • Refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight before serving.

Ingredients:

  • 2 and ½ cups whole milk
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 Cadbury 5 Star bars, chopped

Instructions:

  • In a pan, over medium heat, whisk together the milk, sugar, cornstarch, cocoa powder, and salt.
  • In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks.
  • Once the milk mixture is warm, gradually whisk a small amount of it into the egg yolks to temper them.
  • Pour the tempered egg yolks into the pan, whisking constantly.
  • Continue to cook and whisk until the mixture thickens.
  • Remove the pudding from the heat and stir in the butter and vanilla extract.
  • Let the pudding cool for a few minutes, then fold in the chopped Cadbury 5 Star bars.
  • Refrigerate until fully chilled before serving.

5 Star Stuffed Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 and ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 8 Cadbury 5 Star bars, chopped

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, add the flour and baking soda and mix well.
  • In a separate large bowl, pulse together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until a light and fluffy mixture forms.
  • Then beat in the eggs one at a time, and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Slowly, one spoon at a time, add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Scoop out portions of the cookie dough, press a piece of chopped Cadbury 5 Star into the center, and roll it into a ball.
  • Place the cookie balls onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
