Monsoon rains pouring outside or the sun beating down during the sweltering months between April and June: there’s one treat we crave all year long – ice cream sandwiches! Celebrate this World Sandwich Day with Cadbury. From the crunch of almond-studded Silk to the satisfying depth of Bournville, each bite brings its own little celebration. Let Cadbury be a part of your indulgence. For example, a cold ice cream sandwich with a spicy hot chocolate or a peppermint hot chocolate beverage on a wintry night should be soothing to your senses!

Cadbury Oreo Ice Cream Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • Approximately 150 gm Oreo biscuits
  • 200 gm vanilla or cookies-and-cream ice cream
  • 100 gm Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate (melted for dipping)

Instructions:

  • Twist apart the Oreo cookies and remove the cream filling.
  • Place a scoop (about 20 gm) of ice cream on one Oreo half, then press another half on top to form a sandwich.
  • Dip the sides of each sandwich in melted Cadbury chocolate and let it set on a lined tray.
  • Freeze for 10-15 minutes to firm up. Enjoy your deliciously chocolatey Oreo ice cream sandwiches!

Cadbury Mint Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 200 gm chocolate cookies
  • 200 gm mint chocolate chip ice cream
  • 100 gm Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk mint-flavored chocolate- Hint o’ Mint (melted for coating)

Instructions:

  • Scoop about 20 gm of mint chocolate chip ice cream onto a chocolate cookie, then press another cookie on top.
  • Dip the sides of each sandwich in melted Cadbury mint chocolate and place on a lined tray.

Ingredients:

  • 200 gm Chocolate chip cookies
  • 200 gm vanilla ice cream
  • 100 gm Cadbury Fuse (melted for drizzling or dipping)

Instructions:

  • Place about 20 gm of vanilla ice cream on one chocolate chip cookie and top with another cookie to form a sandwich.
  • Dip one side of the sandwich in melted Cadbury Fuse or drizzle it over the top.
