  • To make the shells combine flour, sugar, cinnamon softened butter and egg yolk in a bowl. Add Marsala wine to form a dough. Roll out the dough. Cut it into circles before wrapping it around cannoli forms.
  • Fry them until they turn brown. Then let them cool down before removing the forms.
  • For the filling mix ricotta cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until you achieve a consistency.
  • Fill each shell, with the filling mixture. Garnish it with either mini chocolate chips or pistachios.
