  • 12 gm honey

Method:

  1. For the first step, you have to combine the sugar, flour, and salt together.
  2. After this, you need to take the milk, eggs, and butter in a bowl and whisk all the ingredients together.
  3. Next, you have to pour the dry mixture into the wet one while you keep mixing everything thoroughly.
  4. You will now have to put a non-stick pan on the heat, and once it has heated to some extent, you need to add a medium quantity of the batter and start the cooking process.

Method:

  1. You have to first let the oven preheat to 180°C, grease a big baking tray with butter and set it aside for later use.
  2. After this, make sure to whisk baking powder, flour, salt, and baking soda.
  3. After this, you need to mix together butter, egg, and sugar.
  4. Once the separate sets of dry ingredients and wet ingredients are prepared, ensure that you gently mix the two components together and stir everything so that there are no lumps that remain in the batter.

  • 64 gm sugar
  • 32 gm butter
  • 61 ml cream
  • 4 gm cinnamon
  • 2 gm nutmeg
  • 34 gm nuts

Method:

  1. For the first step, please take a bowl and in it, add the sugar, eggs, and cinnamon, and whisk everything well with a hand whisk.
  2. Next, you should take a pan and set it over low heat.
  3. Once the pan is heated to a certain extent, you have to take a slice of bread and coat it very well with the combination of eggs, cinnamon, and sugar. Please make sure that both sides of the bread are evenly dipped into the eggy mixture.
  4. Now, it is time for you to cook the bread pieces on the pan for around three to four minutes making sure that each side gets enough heat.
  5. Once all the bread slices are cooked, you have to take another pan and continue the process. Add some butter to melt over low heat.
  6. Once your butter is heated, add the diced bananas and let them cook for a couple of minutes. Once done, the bananas will be beautifully caramelized.
