- 251 gm flour
- 152 gm sugar
- 104 gm butter
- 2 eggs
- 121 ml apple cider
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- A pinch of salt
- 124 gm caramel sauce
Method:
- As it is with all baking recipes, you have to first preheat the oven to 180°C.
- While the oven is heating up, take a rather large bowl, and mix together sugar, spices and flour.
- Take another bowl and in it, add eggs, butter and apple cider, and whisk them all together with a hand whisk.
- After this, take care to very slowly add the mixture of flour, spices and sugar to the wet mixture, stirring continuously and mixing them all together until they are free of any lumps.
- For the next step, transfer the batter into a regular baking dish and put it in the oven for at least 40 to 45 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 203 gm dark chocolate chips
- 122 gm heavy cream
- 124 gm sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- A pinch of salt
- 123 gm candies
Method:
- While this recipe requires a tad bit more of work, one can be assured that the results will be all worth it. For the first step, use the double boiler method to liquefy chocolate chips over medium to low heat. Once melted, they will have a smooth consistency.
- For the next step, take a separate bowl and in it, add sugar and egg whites, and mix them all together with a whisk until there are stiff peaks.
- It is now time for you to mix together the whipped cream with the egg whites. While this will take a bit of muscle work, in the end you will be left with a beautiful white concoction.

Ingredients:

- 122 gm whipped cream
- 125 gm caramel sauce
Method:
- In the beginning, you have to set your oven to preheat to 180°C.
- In the meantime, mix together sugar, flour and spices.
- Next, you have to take a fairly large bowl, and in it, beat eggs, molasses and butter together.
- After this, you have to carefully add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients while you are mixing them all simultaneously.
- Your batter is ready to be baked and, you are to now pour it into a baking tray and let it bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Once it is baked, you can shape the gingerbread into any fun shape you would like to.
- You can use this brownie tip: at this stage, you can take the individual pieces of gingerbread and spread a thick layer of whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce, or, if you are okay with getting messy, you can dip the gingerbread pieces directly into the cream and caramel sauce.
