This recipe mixes fudgy brownie, chocolatey sizzler, caramel sauce, and your favorite ice cream into a near masterpiece.

Chocolate sizzler brownie:

Ingredients:

  • 251 gm dark chocolate
  • 202 gm butter
  • 253 gm sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 61 gm flour
  • 32 gm cocoa powder
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • 101 gm chocolate chips
  • 52 gm cream
  • 23 gm butter
  • 4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream
  • Strawberries or raspberries
  • Chocolate shavings
  • Caramel sauce
  • Nuts
  • 201 gm sugar
  • 102 ml cream
  • 23 gm butter
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cream

Method:

  1. You have to first preheat the oven to 180°C, grease a baking tin with butter, and cover it with parchment paper.
  2. Over a double boiler or in a microwave, you have to melt the dark chocolate.
  3. In a large bowl, you are going to beat some unsalted butter and sugar to make a light and fluffy concoction.
  4. You can then add the vanilla extract to the beautiful white mixture, along with beating in the eggs, one at a time.
  5. In another bowl, you have to whisk the flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together.
  6. In the next step, you have to fold the dry ingredients into the wet ones gently, until they are all just combined.
  7. You can also fold the chocolate into the mixture and mix until smooth.
  8. Next, you have to pour this batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for around 25 to 30 minutes.
  9. You need to allow the brownie to cool completely in the pan once it is out of the oven.
  10. Now, moving on to the sizzler, you have to take a double boiler and melt the milk chocolate chips in it.
  11. In a small saucepan over medium heat, you are going to warm heavy cream until it is just simmering.
  12. Then, you can take it off the heat, stir in unsalted butter and vanilla, and mix until smooth.
  13. You have to add the cream mixture to the melted chocolate and stir until the ingredients are well combined.
  14. Next, you can cut the cooled brownie into squares or slices (the shapes can be of your liking).
  15. Then, you are going to pour the sizzler topping over the brownie.
  16. After that, you need to top it with whipped cream, fresh strawberries or raspberries, chocolate shavings, caramel sauce, or nuts.
  17. For the caramel sauce, you have to mix the sugar, heavy cream, and unsalted butter in a pan.
  18. Then, you have to put it on medium heat constantly, stirring continuously to let the sugar dissolve.
  19. You have to wait until the sauce first starts to boil and then begins to thicken. This will take a total of seven to 10 minutes on medium heat.
  20. After that, you can mix vanilla extract, and sea salt into the sauce.
  21. It is advised that you drizzle this sauce on the chocolate sizzler brownie just before serving, and enjoy.

Using your favorite flavor of ice cream will take your experience of this dessert to a whole new level. Since this dish is largely based on chocolate, using a richly flavored one will automatically lead to a better quality sweet dish. If you want, you can also include some nuts or dried fruits in the brownie mix. If, for some reason, you do not like milk chocolate, you can also replace it with white chocolate, and the rest of the recipe will remain the same.

Just in case there is some leftover brownie, you can easily store it in an airtight container for up to three days in the refrigerator. During this time, before serving it, you must reheat it in a microwave. You can also add a dollop of whipped cream, and enjoy this dessert for more than one evening.
