Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake Shots:

Ingredients:

  • 100 gm digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 50 gm butter, melted
  • 200 gm cream cheese, softened
  • 100 gm chocolate or hazelnut spread (any would do)
  • 50 gm powdered sugar
  • 100 ml heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks
  • 50 gm Cadbury Bourneville Dark Chocolate, grated
  • 50 gm chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

  1. To prepare the base, you need to first take a mixing bowl and combine the crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter. Mix the ingredients until the crumbs are evenly coated with butter. Spoon a layer of the biscuit mixture into the bottom of each shot glass, pressing down lightly to form a compact base.
  2. Now, to make the cheesecake layer, you have to take another bowl, and beat the softened cream cheese with chocolate (or hazelnut) spread and powdered sugar until it is smooth. Fold in vanilla extract. Carefully layer this mixture over the biscuit base in each shot glass.
  3. After this, to add the whipped cream, you must gently fold it into the remaining cheesecake mixture. Spoon this over the chocolate spread layer, creating a light and fluffy top.
  4. Once done, please sprinkle some grated Cadbury Bourneville Dark Chocolate and chopped hazelnuts over each shot glass dessert. Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

Lemon Berry Delight Shots:

Ingredients:

  • 100 gm graham crackers, crushed
  • 50 gm butter, melted
  • 150 gm cream cheese, softened
  • 100 ml Greek yogurt
  • 50 gm powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 100 gm mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 50 ml berry coulis or jam
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method:

  1. To prepare the base, you need to mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until well combined. Press a spoonful of the mixture into the bottom of each shot glass to form a firm base.
  2. Then, take a bowl, whisk the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and powdered sugar together, and add in some lemon zest until you have a smooth and creamy batter.
  3. Now it is time to layer the berries. For this, you have to spoon a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker base and then add a few mixed berries on top of this layer.
  4. Once done, add the berry coulis to the dessert. For this, drizzle the berry coulis or jam over the berries. Repeat the layering process with another layer of cream cheese mixture and berries.
  5. Finally, you can finish with a drizzle of honey over the top. Chill for at least an hour before serving, to let the flavors develop fully.

  • 100 ml strong espresso, cooled
  • 2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 100 gm ladyfinger biscuits, broken into pieces
  • 200 gm mascarpone cheese
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 50 gm powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
