  • 115 gm Unsalted butter, browned
  • 200 gm Brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 150 gm All-purpose flour
  • 5 gm Baking powder

  • 5 ml Vanilla extract
  • 100 gm White chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C and grease a 9x9-inch pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the brown butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; fold into the wet mixture.

  • 150 gm Granulated sugar

  • 125 ml Milk
  • 60 ml Vegetable oil
  • 2 large Eggs

  • 150 gm Fresh blueberries

Instructions:

Ingredients:

  • 200 gm All-purpose flour
  • 100 gm Granulated sugar
  • 115 gm Unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 2 medium Apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 100 gm Brown sugar
  • 5 gm Ground cinnamon
  • 80 ml Salted caramel sauce
  • A pinch of Salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and sugar. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  4. Toss apples with brown sugar and cinnamon, then spread evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the apples and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180°C until it’s golden brown.
  6. Once cooled, drizzle with salted caramel sauce and sprinkle a pinch of salt.

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C and grease four ramekins.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, whisk sugar, eggs, and egg yolks until thickened. Stir in the chocolate mixture and vanilla.
