Method:

  1. First, you have to preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Next, you need to mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted unsalted butter in a bowl.
  3. Then, you have to press this crumbly mixture into the base of a springform pan bake for 10 minutes, and set aside.
  4. Now you can purée the peeled and chopped guavas in a blender until it's smooth, and squeeze the purée through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the seeds.
  5. Then, you can beat the cream cheese until smooth, in a large mixing bowl.
  6. After that, you need to add some sugar and beat until combined.
  7. Next, you have to beat in the eggs, followed by the vanilla extract.
