  • 1 banana
  • 52 gm oats
  • 23 gm almond butter

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Method:

  1. This recipe will best use up the overripe bananas you have been avoiding for weeks. You just have to mash them up, add them with honey, almond butter, oats and cinnamon, and mix everything well.
  2. After that, you can roll the sticky batter with your palms into bite-sized balls.

  2. After that, you need to add peeled pears, and let them simmer for at least an hour. In this time, the pears will have gone soft but not overly mushy.
  3. After that, you can take the pears off of the heat and let them cool a little.
  4. To serve them, you can transfer them to a serving plate, and add a dash of icing sugar, with some sweet maple syrup on the side. Garnish your dish with whole spices like cinnamon stick and star anise.
