1. Oreo Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs of instant French vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 pack cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container of frozen whipped topping
  • 1 pack Oreos

Directions:

  • Let the butter, whipped topping and cream cheese sit out at room temperature so they can soften and thaw.
  • Mix the vanilla pudding mix and milk in a bowl. Keep whisking until it’s a smooth mixture. Let it sit.
  • In another bowl, mix together the butter and cream cheese till it’s light and fluffy.
  • One spoon at a time, add the sugar to the butter and cream cheese mixture. The mixture should be creamy and soft.
  • Pour the pudding mix mixture into the cream cheese mixture and beat until it’s all well combined.
  • Add the thawed whipped topping and fold it in gently with a spatula.
  • Process the Oreos until they’re crumbs and set aside.
  • To assemble the pudding, add ½ of the crushed cookies to a pan. Then add the pudding mixture evenly on the cookies. Then add another layer of cookies on top. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set.
  • Cut into squares or serve in small glasses.

2. Layered Oreo Dessert

Ingredients:

For the crust:

  • 40 Oreo cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted butter

For the Cream Cheese Layer

  • 200 gm cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 200 gm Cool Whip

For the Chocolate Layer

  • 650 gm instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk

For the Whipped Topping Layer

  • 200 gm Cool Whip (with the 200 gm before, a total of 400 gm)

Directions:

For the crust:

  • In a food processor, crush the Oreos. Or, put the cookies in a Ziplock bag and run a rolling pin over it to crush the Oreos. The cookie crumb shouldn't be too fine, there should be some chunks throughout.
  • Put ¾ of the crumbs in a bowl and keep the remaining ¼ aside for the topping.
  • Melt the butter in a microwave or on the stove and let it cool a little.
  • Add it into the Oreo crumbs and mix until well combined. Transfer the mixture into a pan, pressing the crumbs evenly on the bottom.
  • Refrigerate while prepping the rest of the ingredients.

For the cream cheese layer:

  • If you can, let the cream cheese soften at room temperature first instead of microwaving so it creates a soft texture.
  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, ensuring there are no lumps. Once it’s smooth, beat in the powdered sugar.
  • With a spatula, fold the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Then spread this mixture onto the Oreo crust. Place the pan back in the fridge.

For the Pudding Layer:

  • In a bowl, add the pudding mix and milk. Then add this layer onto the cream cheese layer in the pan. Add the Cool Whip layer and then top with the remaining crushed Oreos.
  • Place the pan in the fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight so it can set.
  • Cut into squares and serve.

3. Oreo Truffles

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Oreos
  • 1 pack cream cheese
  • 1 pound vanilla-flavored candy coating

Directions:

  • Let the cream cheese sit out at room temperature for 30 minutes so it can soften naturally and evenly.
  • In a food processor, crush the Oreos into an uneven crumble.
  • In a bowl, add the cookie crumbs and add the cream cheese and mix well, folding it in properly.
  • Prepare a baking tray. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on the baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour.
  • Melt the candy coating and let it cool slightly. Dip the balls into the melted coating and put on the tray again. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
