- 250 gm puff pastry, thawed
- 100 gm Cadbury Bourneville Dark Chocolate, finely chopped
- 50 gm sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 15 gm powdered sugar (for dusting)
Method:
- To prepare the puff pastry, you need to first preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Then, roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about half cm thick.
- After this, you should sprinkle some finely chopped Cadbury Bourneville Dark Chocolate evenly over one-half of the puff pastry.
- Then, fold the other half of the pastry over the chocolate, pressing gently to seal the contents within.
- Once done, you can cut the pastry into strips about two cm wide. Twist each strip several times and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
- Then, brush each twist with a beaten egg for a glossy finish.

- 250 gm puff pastry, thawed
- 100 gm Cadbury Bourneville Dark Chocolate, cut into small pieces
- 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Method:
- To prepare the Puff Pastry you need to first preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Then, roll out your puff pastry into a rectangle and cut it into smaller rectangles, about 10 cm x 15 cm each.
- Once done, place a few pieces of Cadbury Bourneville Dark Chocolate at one end of each rectangle.
- Please ensure to roll the pastry tightly around the chocolate, folding the ends to sea all the contents within.
- Now, place the rolled pastries seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
- After this, you should bake for around 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- Allow the pastries to cool slightly before serving warm.
