Condensed milk is one of the best ingredients to bake with; it offers a ready sweetness since it’s already sweetened and it also eliminates the need to add additional sugar. Condensed milk is moderately dense and quite pourable, it also adds a thick consistency to any dish. It’s particularly useful in recipes like fudge, puddings, custards and sponge cakes which need creaminess or added moisture. Moreover, several condensed milk desserts are no-bake and may require minimal cooking. This makes them quick and easy to prepare.
