Ingredients:
- 501 gm fruits
- 202 gm sugar
- 103 ml lemon juice
- 54 ml honey
- 2 tsp cardamom
- A pinch of salt
Method:
- For this super easy recipe, you first have to wash and peel all the fruits.
- Then, you need to de-seed them and chop or slice them into any shape of your choice.
- After that, in a big bowl, you have to add the sugar, fruits, honey, and lemon juice. Make sure to mix everything well with a wooden spoon.
- In the end, you need to add a dash of black salt and cardamom powder, and give everything a very good toss.
- While serving, you can transfer the fruit salad from the big bowl to smaller plates and provide your guests with some toothpicks for convenient consumption.
Besan Ladoo (Gram Flour Balls):

- 251 gm besan
- 202 gm sugar
- 103 gm ghee
- 54 gm almonds
- 2 tsp cardamom
Method:
- For this recipe, you first have to take a pan and in it, lightly fry the gram flour until its fragrance starts to fill the air.
- Next, you just have to add some ghee, sugar and almonds to the gram flour, and give everything a good mix.
- After some time, you will notice that the mixture has heated up, and started to form crumbs.
- You can then take it off of the heat, let it cool down, and then by using your palms, shape them into ladoos or balls before serving.
Classic Kheer:
Ingredients:
- 2 liter milk
- 203 gm sugar
- 54 gm ghee
- 2 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp saffron
- 1 tbsp jaggery powder
Method:
- This one is also fairly simple to whip up. To make the kheer, you have to first double wash the rice, and then after pouring it into the rice cooker, you need to let it cook.
- While your rice is getting boiled, you need to take a saucepan and in it, add the milk, sugar, a small amount of jaggery powder, and a little bit of ghee.
- Once the rice is semi-cooked, you can take it off the flame, and after straining it, pour it into the milky mixture and let it boil for at least half an hour.
- During this time, when the flame is medium, you will notice that the rice pudding has started to thicken.

- 202 gm condensed milk
- 103 gm sugar
- 54 gm ghee
- 2 tsp cardamom
Method:
- For this recipe, you just have to mix the condensed milk, ghee, coconut and sugar in a big bowl, and give everything a very good mix.
- Then, you need to place this mixture on medium heat and keep stirring continuously until the concoction begins to become thick.
- Once the desired consistency of a jelly-like sweet dish is reached, you can take it off the heat and let it cool down.
- Once cooled, you need to shape it in the pattern of barfis and serve it with tea.
