Ingredients:

  • 250 gm cream cheese (softened)
  • 200 gm crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 100 gm digestive biscuits (crushed)
  • 60 gm melted butter
  • 50 gm powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

  1. Mix the crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter and press the mixture into the base of serving cups.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in the crushed pineapple and mix gently.
  4. Spoon the pineapple cream cheese mixture into the cups over the biscuit base.
  5. Chill for at least rwo hours before serving.

Cadbury Oreo Truffles

Easy, peasy, simple and delicious, this delightful combination of Oreo cookies and creamy Cadbury chocolate truffles are sure to disappear quickly at your party! Make Cadbury your best friend to make simple party desserts and you’re a sure winner at the dessert making game.

Ingredients:

  • 20 Oreo cookies
  • 200 gm Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate
  • 100 gm cream cheese, softened
  • 50 gm white chocolate (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing them with a rolling pin. A few uneven bits are okay. Don’t go overboard to achieve a sand-like consistency.
  2. Mix the Oreo crumbs with the softened cream cheese until well combined. Make sure the crumbs are evenly distributed. 
  3. Roll the mixture into fist sized balls and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Melt the Cadbury chocolate in a microwave or over a double boiler.
  5. Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they’re fully coated. The coating should be even.
  6. Place the coated truffles back onto the tray and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate sets.
  7. For an extra decorative touch, melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the truffles.

Panna Cotta

  2. In a saucepan, heat cream, sugar, and vanilla. Heat until it just starts simmering. Be patient and keep stirring for even heat distribution.
  3. Remove from heat, squeeze excess water from the gelatin, and stir it into the warm cream until dissolved.
  4. Pour into molds and refrigerate for at least four hours until set. Serve with fresh berries or berry sauce.
