- Instant vanilla pudding mix
- 200 gm shredded coconut
- 220 gm mini marshmallows

- You are going to start by blending pineapple chunks that have been completely drained in a blender or food processor in bursts of 2-3 seconds. This step is crucial to making crushed pineapples.
- Combine the pineapple with the vanilla pudding powder, and set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk your heavy cream with a hand whisk until it forms soft peaks.
- While the whipping cream is being whisked, you have to carefully add sugar and vanilla extract, and keep mixing everything.

- 240 gm brown sugar
- 230 gm flour
- 310 gm plain sugar
- 110 gm butter
- 220 gm pineapple
- 2 cherry
- 3 eggs

- 104 gm oats
- 51 gm sugar
- 52 gm pecans
- 2 tsp cinnamon

- 52 gm macadamia nuts
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream
Method:
- Preheat your oven to a 180°C
- Combine fresh pineapple chunks, sugar, and all-purpose flour in a large bowl.
- You can then pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, you have to mix rolled oats, brown sugar, chopped macadamia nuts, and cinnamon.
- You can spread the oat mixture over the fruit mixture until the latter is well coated.
