Warm Apple Crisp with Vanilla Ice Cream:

Ingredients:

  • 6-8 apples
  • 100 gm sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • A pinch of salt
  • 40 gm oats
  • 100 gm brown sugar
  • 60 gm walnuts
  • 56 gm butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Method:

  1. With some baking coming your way, you have to first preheat the oven to 190°C.
  2. After this, you have to add the sugar, diced apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, flou, and salt in a medium-sized bowl and mix them all together by hand till they are properly coated with all the spices.
  3. After this, you have just to take this mixture into a regular baking dish and move on to the next step before the actual baking process begins.
  4. For the coating, you need to combine the rolled oats, with walnuts and sugar, and to it, pour the butter and stir everything until a crumbly mixture is formed.
  5. Next, pour this oat mixture on the apples and coat all the apples evenly.
  6. After this, you have to bake everything for around 40 to 45 minutes.
  7. Once done, please don't forget to scoop the ice cream on top and enjoy the dish immediately!

Chocolate Chip Cookie:

Ingredients:

  • 180 gm flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 227 gm butter
  • 150 gm white sugar
  • 165 gm brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 340 gm chocolate chips

Method:

  1. For this recipe, you have first to preheat the oven to 175°C.
  2. After this, you need to combine the baking soda, flour, and salt together. Once done, you can move on to the next step.
  3. Next, you need to make sure to beat each of the eggs individually, and then add the vanilla extract to the mixture.
  4. Now, you have to carefully add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients, and pour the chocolate chips while giving it a good mix.
  5. After your batter is ready, it will be of a dough-like texture, which you have to add to a pan that will be safe for your oven.
  6. Then, you just have to wait for around 30 to 35 minutes for the chocolate chip cookies to bake.

Lemon Lavender Panna Cotta with Shortbread Cookies:

Ingredients:

  • 240 gm heavy cream
  • 240 gm whole milk
  • 100 gm sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 10 gm lavender buds
  • 2 lemons
  • 140 gm shortbread cookies (crushed)

Method:

  1. You have to first put the whole milk, heavy cream, and sugar in a bowl and mix everything together.
  2. Then, you need to put this bowl on low to medium heat and keep stirring to ensure all the ingredients are mixed well together and that the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Once this concoction is hot enough but has not started to boil, you need to get it off the heat and add in the vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lavender buds.
  4. You have to wait for around 15 to 17 minutes for the lavender buds to soak in the mixture, and during this time, you will notice that the concoction has cooled down to some extent.
  5. After this, you have to fish out that fine strainer from your kitchen cabinet and pass the mixture through it to get rid of any lumps.
  6. Now, you have to gently add the lemon juice, and quickly pour the mixture into small cups.
  7. Then, you have to refrigerate these and hold on for at least 5 to 6 hours while you let them set properly.
  8. Once set in the refrigerator, you have to remember to garnish them with crushed shortbread cookies.
