Ingredients

  • 300 gm chocolate sandwich cookies (for crumbs)
  • 60 gm butter, melted
  • 200 gm cream cheese, softened
  • 60 gm granulated sugar
  • 120 gm heavy cream
  • 5 gm vanilla extract
  • Mini Oreo cookies (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor and blend into fine crumbs. mix the crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
  2. Divide the cookie crumb mixture evenly among mini dessert cups, pressing the crumbs firmly into the bottom of each cup.
  3. In a bowl, whip softened cream cheese and granulated sugar with an electric hand mixer until smooth. Gradually add the heavy cream and vanilla extract, whipping on medium-high speed until the mixture becomes thick, light, and fluffy.
  4. Gently fold in some additional cookie crumbs into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Transfer the filling to a piping bag and pipe it into each cup until about ¾ full.
  6. Top each cup with a mini oreo cookie or a sprinkle of cookie crumbs. cover with lids, and chill the dessert cups in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
