1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup toasted sesame seeds
½ cup sugar
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup butter or ghee
2-3 tablespoons milk
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and toasted sesame seeds. Take another bowl and cream butter or ghee with sugar until smooth. Add milk and make a dough.
Preheat oven to 175°C. Make small balls with dough and flatten slightly. Add sesame seeds on top.
Place cookies on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Let cool for crispy texture and serve with coffee or any beverage.
