1 ½ cups almond milk
½ cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons almond butter
3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
½ teaspoon almond extract
¼ cup chopped almonds
Combine almond milk, heavy cream, almond butter, honey, and almond extract. Blend to make a smooth mix.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds and keep ¼ of the mold empty.
Sprinkle chopped almonds into each mold and stir with the popsicle stick. Insert the sticks after mixing and freeze to set for 8 hours.
Run molds in warm water and release the popsicles. Enjoy.
