8 slices of stale bread
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tablespoon rose water
1 tablespoon orange blossom water
2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
Crushed pistachios for garnish
Combine water and sugar in a pan and heat until sugar dissolves. Add rose water and let simmer.
Arrange toasted bread and pour sugar syurp on it. Allow to soak.
Combine milk and heavy cream and heat until thick. Add rosewater.
Pour thickened cream on bread base, set, and serve.
