1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup khoya
¼ cup chopped nuts
1 cup sugar
½ cup water
Ghee for frying
Mix water and flour to make a dough
then set aside to rest.
To make the filling
combine the khoya and nuts.
Roll the dough
fill it
then fold it into crescent shapes.
Fry till golden
then serve after dipping in sugar syrup.
