Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup khoya
¼ cup chopped nuts
1 cup sugar
½ cup water
Ghee for frying

Prepare Dough

Mix water and flour to make a dough
then set aside to rest.

Prepare Filling

To make the filling
combine the khoya and nuts.

Shape Them

Roll the dough
fill it
then fold it into crescent shapes.

Serve

Fry till golden
then serve after dipping in sugar syrup.
