1 cup cooked rice
1 ½ cups coconut milk
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of cinnamon
Heat milk in a pan and add cooked rice. Let simmer and stir occasionally.
Add mashed bananas and maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix well.
Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes until it's thick.
Garnish with chopped nuts and serve warm.
