1/2 cup mawa (khoya)
1/4 cup chopped dry fruits (almonds, pistachios)
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Ghee (for frying)
Combine maida and ghee to make a dough;
knead until smooth and set aside.
Toast mawa in a pan with dried fruits and cardamom powder till golden
then set aside to cool.
Form little spheres from the dough
stuff them with mawa mixture
and then enclose them with kachoris.
The kachoris should be deep-fried in ghee till golden brown.
Boil sugar and water to make a somewhat thick syrup
then dip the fried kachoris into it.
