1 baguette, sliced
2 pears, thinly sliced
100 g blue cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
Toast the bread by brushing the baguette pieces with olive oil and baking them for 8 to 10 minutes at 180°C, or until they are crisp and golden.
Arrange the pear slices over the toast, sprinkle the blue cheese crumbles on top, then pour a lot of honey over them.
For the ideal balance of savory, sweet, and creamy flavors, arrange on a tray and serve warm.
Before assembling, lightly roast or grill the pear slices to bring out their inherent sweetness and give them a hint of caramel.
