8 cups popped popcorn
1 cup Cadbury Bournville dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil or unsalted butter
½ tsp sea salt
½ cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup light corn syrup
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
Spread the popcorn on a lined baking sheet evenly.
Melt butter and stir in brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil and cook or 3-4 minutes. Once thick, remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla.
Pour the caramel sauce over popcorn and toss to coat evenly.
Melt Bournville dark chocolate and drizzle over caramel-coated popcorn. Let it set until firm then break to serve.
