Bundt Cake Recipe Using Healthier Sweeteners

Dry Ingredients:

3 cups oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
⅓ cup crushed nuts
⅓ cup dried berries
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients:

3 flaxseed eggs
3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
2 small apples, pureed
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 cup white yogurt

Prepare

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour bundt cake pan with coconut oil.

Make wet and dry mix

Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Mix wet ingredients in a different bowl.
Add wet mixture to dry mixture and combine well.

Bake the Cake

Fill the prepared bundt cake pan with the mixture and bake in the oven for 50-55 minutes.

Garnish

Once done
let cool for 10 minutes then remove from pan.
Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and garnish with chopped nuts.
