2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup warm milk
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Add warm milk, canned pumpkin, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
Stir the ingredients to make a dough and knead it for 5 minutes. Cover it and let rise for 1 hour until it doubles.
Roll the dough into 12x8-inch rectangles. Brush them with melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon. Place rolls on a greased pan and cover for 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 175°C and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Once baked, glaze with milk and serve.
