2 tablespoons falooda sev (vermicelli)
1 tablespoon basil seeds (sabja), soaked
2 cups chilled milk
50 grams Silk chocolate (any variety you prefer), melted
2 scoops vanilla or chocolate ice cream
2 tablespoons chopped nuts (pistachios or almonds)
1 tablespoon sugar
Soak sabja seeds in warm water for 10 minutes until they swell. Drain water and keep aside.
Boil falooda sev and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
Combine melted Dairy Milk Silk Chocolate with chilled milk and sugar. Mix until creamy.
Take tall serving glass and layer up soaked sabja, falooda sev, and chocolate milk in order. Top off with chocolate ice cream and serve with desired garnishes.
