1 liter full-fat milk
50g basmati rice (soaked, ground to a paste)
80g silk chocolate (chopped)
3 tbsp sugar
½ tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp chopped pistachios
Boil milk in a pan, stirring all the time until it begins to reduce slightly.
Add ground rice paste, stirring constantly until the mixture has thickened.
Add sugar and cardamom powder, making sure they dissolve well into the mixture.
Add chopped silk chocolate, stirring until creamy and smooth.
Serve over bowls, chill, and garnish with chopped pistachios.
