1 ½ cups (135g) rolled oats
1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup (150g) brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup (100g) Dairy Milk chocolate, chopped
½ tsp cinnamon
Whisk oats, flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together.
In another bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until it achieves a fluffy consistency. Mix in egg and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Combine and fold in chopped Dairy Milk chocolate.
Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet in cookie shapes and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 10-12 minutes. Let cool before serving.
