1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup (130g) chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a 12-inhc pizza pan or a baking sheet.
Put butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a bowl and cream until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
Take another bowl and whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together. Gradually add wet ingredients to it and mix until well combined.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Spread the dough evenly on prepared pan and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
Let the crust cool and add melted chocolate drizzle, sprinkles, caramel, and whipped cream. Cut into slices and serve with ice cream.
