1 cup khoya
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp ghee
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp cardamom powder
¼ cup finely chopped pistachios
Heat ghee and roast pistachios for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
Heat ghee and cook khoya in it. Keep stirring and add condensed milk, cocoa powder, and sugar. Stir and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add cardamom powder and roasted pistachios. Mix well and add some milk to adjust consistency.
Let mixture cool down a bit and shape into pedas with greased hands. Flatten it a little and garnish with pistachios. Serve chilled.
