1 cup vermicelli
2 cups full-fat milk
½ cup melted dark chocolate
¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoons chopped nuts
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
Roast vermicelli in ghee until golden brown and add milk to it. Bring it to a boil.
Stir in sugar and cook for 5 minutes. Add cardamom powder.
Lower the heat and add melted chocolate and cocoa powder. Stir well.
Fold in chopped nuts like almond, pistachios, and cashews. Serve the pudding warm.
