200g digestive biscuits
¼ cup melted butter
250g cream cheese
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
100g Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate (melted)
1 cup cherry pie filling or compote
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter. Press into the lining of a cake pan and chill for 15 minutes.
Beat cream cheese until smooth then add condensed milk and vanilla. Fold in melted Dairy Milk chocolate.
Pour the filling over the crust and smoothen the top. Add a layer of halved cherries in the middle. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Spread the cherry pie filling on top and line whole cherries in a pattern.
