1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup ghee
1/2 cup milk chocolate or chocolate chips
1/4 cup cocoa cereal, crushed lightly
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp chopped almonds or cashews
Ghee or oil for frying
Combine flour and salt. Add ghee and rub. Gradually add water to knead a smooth dough and cover for 20 minutes with a damp cloth.
Melt chocolate and add cocoa cereals. Stir in condensed milk and chopped nuts then mix thoroughly.
Make small balls with dough and roll into thin circular sheets. Add filling and seal edges like half-moon.
Heat ghee or oil and fry gujiyas. Fry until golden then drain on paper towel. Coat gujiya with chocolate halfway, freeze to set, and serve with desired garnishes.
