4 ripe pears
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup unsalted butter
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 175°C. Take a bowl and combine sliced pears, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Coat pears evenly by tossing and transfer on a baking dish.
Combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add cold butter and work it with fingers until texture is crumbly.
Sprinkle crumble topping over pear filling. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from oven once baked and serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
