8 cups popped popcorn
1 cup Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate
1 cup caramel sauce
½ cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup light corn syrup
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
Spread popcorn on a lined baking sheet.
Melt butter and add brown sugar and corn syrup. Stir and bring to a boil. Cook for 3-4 minutes then turn off heat and add baking soda and vanilla.
Pour the prepared caramel over popcorn and toss to coat every kernel evenly. Bake for 15 minutes for more crunch.
Put broken Dairy Milk Chocolate into a bowl and microwave to melt. Drizzle the melted chocolate over caramel popcorn and let cool.
Set the caramel popcorn until firm and break it into clusters to serve.
