100g Bournville dark chocolate (chopped)
150g all-purpose flour
100g butter(softened)
100g brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp baking soda
A pinch of sea salt (for sprinkling)
Before you prepare a baking pan and line it, preheat the oven to 180°C.
Beat in the vanilla and egg after creaming the sugar and melted butter until it becomes frothy.
Combine the flour and baking soda, and then gently mix in the chopped dark chocolate from Bournville.
After sprinkling sea salt on the tray, scoop the dough and bake for 12 minutes. Give the cookies five minutes to cool down before assembling.
