1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
8 oz dark chocolate
1/2 cup heavy cream
Mix crumbled cookies with melted butter and press it at the bottom of springform pan. Chill for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs one by one and mix gently. Add melted chocolate and heavy cream and mix well.
Pour the filling on prepared crust, bake at 160°C for 50-55 minutes until center is set.
Let cool the cheesecake for sometime and slice it up for serving.
