1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
½ cup brown sugar
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Crush graham crackers and mix with ¼ cup melted butter.
Grease cake tin and spread the crumb mixture to the bottom. Press firmly then bake to set. Set aside.
Mic cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Add in sour cream and combine.
Pour the cheesecake filling on crust and bake for 45-50 minutes. Top with crumble then chill and serve.
