2 medium apples
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups whole milk
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
Melt butter in a pan and add spices, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook until soft and caramelized.
Warm milk on medium heat without boiling. Mix cornstrach in cool milk then add it to warm milk while whisking.
Flavor the thickened mixture with vanilla extract.
Layer caramelized apples and pudding in glasses. Freeze to set and serve.
