1 box of lemon cake mix 3 eggs 1/2 cup vegetable oil 3/4 cup lemonade 1 cup powdered sugar 2 tbsp lemon juice Zest of 1 lemon
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare 9x13 inch baking pan by greasing with butter or lining with parchment paper.
Combine lemon cake mix, eggs, oil, and lemonade. Beat until smooth.
Pour batter in prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Once baked, allow to cool.
Whisk powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Glaze the cake once its cooled.
Sprinkle zest on freshly glazed cake and slice it up to serve.
