1 cup wheat flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup ghee
2 cups milk
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Chopped almonds and pistachios for garnish
Add the wheat flour to a pan of heated ghee and roast until golden brown.
To prevent lumps
add the milk gradually while stirring constantly.
After the liquid thickens
add the sugar and cardamom powder
and continue cooking until it hardens and gets glossy.
Transfer to a dish that has been oiled
top with almonds
and allow to cool.
Serve after cutting into squares.
