2 scoops dark chocolate ice cream
200 ml milk (any type)
30 g dark chocolate (melted)
1-2 teaspoons sugar or sweetener (optional)
Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Melted dark chocolate, milk, and dark chocolate ice cream should all be combined in a blender.
