2 cups grated carrots
2 tbsp ghee
1 cup full-fat milk
½ cup condensed milk
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ cup dark chocolate
½ tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp chopped nuts
Heat ghee in a pan and add grated carrots. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until its soft and aromatic.
Pour in milk and let simmer until carrots absorb most of the liquid
Add condensed milk or sugar, cocoa powder, and cardamom. Stir until well combined.
Add chopped dark chocolate and mix until well combined. Consistency should be smooth.
Garnish halwa with chocolate shavings and serve warm.
