2 cups milk 1/4 cup sugar 3 tbsp cornstarch (or custard powder) 1 tsp vanilla extract
Whisk milk, sugar, and cornstarch until smooth. Cook the mixture on medium heat stirring constantly for 5-7 minutes.
Once the mixture thickens, turn off heat and add vanilla extract.
Divide the mixture into pudding cups and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Garnish the pudding with crushed cookies, fresh fruits, chocolate shavings or whipped cream. Serve chilled.
